Raspberry Bliss Bombs are a quick, easy and fun snack that your little one can help you create at home. Packed with the goodness of coconut oil, coconut flour and berries – they will keep small children full and offer a dose of vitamin C and fibre.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bellamy’s Baby Porridge
  • 1/2 cup coconut or almond flour
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup crushed raspberries or strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, except shredded coconut
  2. Make small balls of mixture and cover in shredded coconut
  3. Refrigerate until hard
