1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside
2. Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the oil and onion and cook, stirring, for 3-5 mins, until onion is just golden.
3. Add tomatoes and cook 3-5 mins, until tomatoes are just soft.
4. Stir in the peas and cook for 1 minute. Add the pasta and stir to combine.
5. Serve with grated cheese or feta.
