CUSTOMER'S AGREEMENT

In placing an order with Bellamy's Organic Pty Ltd ABN 11 125 461 903 via this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

Orders are deemed received upon transmission to Bellamy's Organic, and are subject to availability of stock.

Bellamy's Organic reserves the right to charge a service fee on any order.

Bellamy's Organic reserves the right to cancel an order at any time, and will notify you via the email address provided. A refund will be available, less any costs incurred by Bellamy's Organic.

Bellamy's Organic Pty Ltd uses Australia Post's eParcel delivery system. Our postage costs are applied on a 'per order' basis and are calculated using your order's net weight and final delivery postal address.

We also deliver through Australia Post and its contractors and your signature is required on delivery, therefore, we recommend you nominate a work address if more convenient. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, 3 attempts will be made to deliver the parcel before it is returned to us. We can deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please allow 3- 7 working days delivery.

All orders must be paid prior to delivery. All transactions will be made in Australian Dollars. Bellamy's Organic does not accept cash on delivery.

Any person at the designated delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods.

RISK & TITLE IN GOODS

Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your designated delivery address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not happy with the quality of the goods you have purchased, you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Contact us on 1800 010 460 or e-mail us at sales@bellamysorganic.com.au to notify us of the problem. Damaged products should be returned to us where, after examination, we may provide you with an online store credit or, upon request, a full refund for the total purchase and return postage delivery value.

All refunds can be held in credit against your membership for future purchases if requested. On occasion we may owe you an amount that is $5 or less in total. Our policy is to hold this amount and to deduct it from your next order. You may request a refund cheque or credit for the amount owing at any time by calling customer service on 1800 010 460.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

The Bellamy's Organic Online Store supplies you with a secure session within our shopping 'Checkout'. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter through to the 'Checkout'. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.

When you click the 'Place Order' button, we send the credit transaction directly to the bank. We do not transfer those details to others for their commercial use. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the latest SSL V3 encryption standard.

PRICING

We try to keep our prices consistent across our various retail outlet options. Occasionally, our pricing may be slightly different due to special promotions or markdowns that are only available through the Bellamy's Organic online sales facility. Special product markdowns or promotions that appear within our online store are only available when ordering online unless otherwise stated.

GST

Where applicable, GST is included in the advertised price of our products and in the calculated postage costs in accordance with the relevant legislation, A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.
